1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Gary's Car Clinic's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Gary's Car Clinic provides automotive repair and maintenance services. All work is performed with the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

3. Pricing and Estimates

All estimates are provided in good faith but are subject to change based on actual findings during service. We will always contact you before proceeding with additional work.

4. Warranties

Parts and labor are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. Extended warranties and additional coverage may be arranged upon request and are subject to individual assessment and approval.

5. Storage Fees

Vehicles remaining on the premises for more than 72 hours following notification of completed service will be subject to a daily storage fee. Reasonable attempts will be made to notify customers in advance of any applicable storage charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gary's Car Clinic's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
